Working Papers
Working papers are unfinished manuscripts in the process of development for possible later submission for refereed publications. As such, there may be some errors or incomplete notes and/or references.
Although the working papers are available for download, the author must be contacted for copies. Email your request by clicking the author’s name below the title of each paper. To properly cite any part of a working paper, copy the information found on the paper’s cover page.
